Dates and Deadlines

1. Belegungsphase / First Allocation Period

The first allocation phase for courses during the summer term is running from 29.01.2025 to 12.02.2025

Release of the results: 25.02.2025.

2. Belegungsphase / Second Allocation Period

The second allocation phase for courses is running from 06.03.2025 to 20.03.2024´5

Release of the results: 02.04.2025

3. Belegungsphase / Third Allocation Period

The third allocation phase for courses is running from 03.04.2025  to 06.07.2025

If you did not receive a place in your preferred course after the second allocation phase, and if you did not register a Course Place Request (Belegwunsch):

Please register your course place request in KLIPS in the 3rd allocation phase, inform the lecturer about your course request. Your request has to be confirmed manually by the lecturer as a fixed place (Fixplatz).

Study Assignments and Modul Exams |  Deadlines of Summer Semester 2025

As of mid-May  registration for all module exams is open

  • up to June tba, Registration for written examination "Klausur" (BA AM1 and AM2).

  • up to  Sept. 14, Registration for the combined examination (submission of term paper) and written exam (report)

The timely submission of your study assignments ("Studienleistungen") is the prerequisite for admission to module examinations:

  • Friday July  18, is the final and absolute deadline for submitting your study assignments (only via email or upload in ILIAS course).

For the combined module examination (term paper) and the written module examination (report)

  • Sept. 15,  is the deadline for submitting the term paper or report. Students are requested to send their completed term papers by e-mail to their examiners. The following information should be included as subject of the e-mail: Your Name; Study Programme, Module, Course Titel, Examiner

A note on term papers and reports: The cover sheet must include the name of the module examination, as well as the examination date noted in KLIPS.

Modulprüfungen | Klausuren im SoSe 2025 (Online Format, nur im Bachelor)

Seit  Mitte Mai 2025 ist die Anmeldung zu allen Modulprüfungen freigeschaltet

Die folgenden  Klausuren werden im SoSe 2025 als "digitale Distanzprüfung" auf der ILIAS- Prüfungsinstanz »EA Flex«  bereitgestellt:

For the winter semester, all degree programmes in the 1st semester are subject to limited admission. The application deadline (cut-off deadline) is 15 July.
