Dr. Luzile Mae Satur

Short Biography

 Luzile Satur completed the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Southeast Asian Studies at University of Passau in 2018. She is currently a faculty member at the Department of Social and Cultural Anthropology and research member at the Global South Studies Center in Cologne University. Further, she has published a book from her dissertation titled “Vibrancy of Public Spaces: Inclusivity and Participation Amidst the Challenges in Transformative Processes in the City of Cagayan de Oro, Philippines” with Regiospectra verlag. Luzile was granted scholarships from the Katholischer Akademischer Ausländer-Dienst (KAAD), Deutsche Akademische Austauschdienst (DAAD), and Frauenbeauftragte der Universität Passau.
